Thursday, July 30, shortly after one o'clock Mrs. Ann Jane Webster died at her home on south Washington street, after an illness of several months. The funeral occurred on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. R. J. Cunningham officiating, assisted by Rev. E. P. Thompson Interment at Oak Hill cemetery Ann Jane Smock was born in Kentucky on April 25, 1825. At an early age she removed with her parents to Indiana and lived in Crawfordsville for over 30 ears previous to her death. In 1860 she was united in marriage to Taylor Webster, whom she survived Mrs. Webster was a consistent member of the Center Presbyterian church, and a lady, well known, and highly esteemed in the community. - thanks so much to Kim H (she's been such a fab help)
